PV Neighborhoods - Versalles

Versalles

The neighborhood of Versalles was one of the earliest established areas in the city, located on the eastern side of the main avenue of Francisco Medina in the Puerto Vallarta Hotel Zone. Recently locals have been enjoying the evolution of Versalles, a residential neighborhood. The neighborhood has been a favorite among locals for its laid back atmosphere and affordable prices. And now, it is attracting a new generation of young restaurant entrepreneurs with fresh culinary offerings from all over the world. For decades, this neighborhood has been a mix of different residences, from humble apartment buildings, to middle-class single-family homes, to villas on lots that take up half and full city blocks.

Fluvial is close to many top private schools in Puerto Vallarta including Colegio Anglo Americano, The British American School, Ameyali and Americas Bilingues, as well as excellent pre-schools like Casa Azul and Jumbuck. To make daily life convenient, Fluvial has several banks, gas stations, grocery stores (including Costco and the new La Comer) and many other services, located adjacent to the community.

Still with cobblestone streets, and even some dirt roads, in the last 18 months this neighborhood has become one of Puerto Vallarta's best real estate investments. With an "Old Vallarta" meets "New Vallarta" feel, local family businesses, taco stands, and economical restaurants now stand next to some of PV's most fashionable new dining spots, organic markets, and state-of-the-art medical centers and laboratories.

Condominiums are the hot buy in Colonia Versalles, with both resales and new developments hitting the market, attracting young professionals and buyers looking for a second home in Puerto Vallarta.

With a location flanked by the Hotel Zone on one side and Fluvial (with La Comer and Costco) on the other, direct access to the city's main avenues (Francisco Medina and Francisco Villa), some of Puerto Vallarta's best private hospitals and private schools just minutes away, close public beach access by La Isla shopping plaza, and located equal distance from Marina Vallarta and Old Town, the Versalles neighborhood has a lot to offer Puerto Vallarta real estate investors or renters.
