Fluvial Vallarta is known as one of the most family-friendly, upper-middle-class neighborhoods in Puerto Vallarta, conveniently located halfway between Old Town Puerto Vallarta and Marina Vallarta. With La Isla Plaza, a modern shopping, dining and entertainment center, fantastic restaurant options and public beach access just 500 meters away, this neighborhood has a lot to offer.
Fluvial is predominately comprised of single family contemporary homes, although several boutique condo and townhouse buildings are currently under construction. The neighborhood offers smoothly paved streets and sidewalks, underground wiring, community green spaces and parks, wide landscaped boulevards and close access to a popular running trail, encouraging an active, outdoor lifestyle.
Fluvial is close to many top private schools in Puerto Vallarta including Colegio Anglo Americano, The British American School, Ameyali and Americas Bilingues, as well as excellent pre-schools like Casa Azul and Jumbuck. To make daily life convenient, Fluvial has several banks, gas stations, grocery stores (including Costco and the new La Comer) and many other services, located adjacent to the community.
